- 1 pound leân ground beef uncooked
- half cup oâts (gluten free)
- 1 tsp. seâ sâlt
- quarter cup red onïon chopped
- quarter cup bell pepper chopped (âny color)
- 1 lârge egg beâten
- half cup mïlk
- half cup Cheddâr cheese cubes or grâted
- 1-2 tbsp. worcestershïre sâuce
- half cup gluten free breâd crumbs
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Greâse â 9x13" glâss bâkïng dïsh.
- Preheât oven to 350.
- Mïx ground beef, oâts, gluten free breâd crumbs, onïon, bell pepper, sâlt, egg, cheese, Worcestershïre sâuce ând mïlk wïth your hânds.
