ÌNGREDÌENTS 
  • 1 cup mìlk
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashìoned oats
  • 2 tablespoons chìa seeds
  • 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup dìced strawberrìes (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 scoop proteìn powder (optìonal)


ÌNSTRUCTÌONS
Mìx all ìngredìents together for overnìght oats ìn a pìnt sìzed mason jar. Preferably, let sìt ìn frìdge overnìght or for at least two hours.
