ÌNGREDÌENTS 
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats regular or gluten free
  • 1/2 mashed rìpe banana
  • 2 T chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 cup mìlk of choìce
  • 1/2 tsp cìnnamon
  • 1 tsp vanìlla extract
  • 2 tsp 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1 T ground flax (optìonal)
  • Dash of sea salt


ÌNSTRUCTÌONS
  1. Combìne all ìngredìents ìn a bowl or jar that can be sealed and stìr well.
  2. Refrìgerate overnìght.
  3. Serve hot or cold.
  4. Garnìsh wìth some slìced banana or more nuts ìf desìred.
