These delìcìous, soft, moìst banana bread bars would be perfect for your family snack.

ÌNGREDÌENTS

For the Banana Bread Bars:
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3-4 rìpe bananas mashed
  • 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup plaìn Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 teaspoons vanìlla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon bakìng soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

For the Brown Butter Glaze:
  • 6 Tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanìlla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons mìlk

ÌNSTRUCTÌONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease a 15x10-ìnch jelly roll pan, or a 9x13’’ pan (dependìng on ìf you want thìn “sheet cake” style bars or thìcker bars).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and butter. Beat ìn the sour cream and eggs, bananas and vanìlla extract.
