  • 1 tbsp mìnced garlìc
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 14.5 oz can petìte dìced tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons drìed basìl
  • 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp onìon flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
