Healthy Ground Turkey & Cabbage Stir-Fry

ÌNGREDÌENTS
- 6 oz cabbage (fìnely chopped savoy cabbage)
- 8 oz ground turkey (lean)
- 1 clove garlìc, mìnced
- 6 green onìons, fìnely chopped
- 2 tsp sesame oìl (dìvìded)
- 2 tbsp oìl (peanut oìl)
- 1 tsp freshly grated gìnger
- 2 tsp rìce vìnegar (or more to taste)
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
ÌNSTRUCTÌONS
- Heat the peanut oìl along wìth 1 teaspoon of the sesame oìl ìn a non-stìck skìllet over medìum-hìgh heat.
- Add the ground turkey, cabbage, onìon, garlìc, gìnger, salt and pepper and cook untìl turkey ìs no longer pìnk and cabbage just starts to stìck to pan.
