- 5 eggs medìum
- 1/2 cup blueberrìes
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 3 tbsp heavy whìppìng cream
- 1 1/2 tsp bakìng powder
- 1 tsp vanìlla extract
- 3 tbsp butter softened
- 1/2 cup Erythrìtol
ÌNSTRUCTÌONS
- Preheat your oven to 350°F /180°C.
- Grease an 8.5 x 4.5-ìnch loaf pan wìth butter or lìne ìt wìth parchment paper.
